The DigiStrip® - Fetal Monitor Presentation System is simply the most effective way to demonstrate catastrophically injured infant cases.

During delivery, the only way for an infant to "talk" to us is through a series of monitors. One of the most crucial documents of labor is the fetal monitor strip, or fetal heart tracing, which documents activity and stresses on the baby during the labor process. If an infant is catastrophically injured during labor and delivery, evidence can be found here.

In its most basic form, the DigiStrip® gives a user the ability to control the speed of the strip and the ability to play, pause, stop, rewind, and fast-forward. A scroll bar enables the user to access areas of the strip quickly and efficiently.

The DigiStrip® can be customized with a wide variety of features to fit the specific nature of your case. The examples listed below are by no means exhaustive of all of our capabilities or your options. If you have an idea, but do not see it here, we can make it happen.

Without a doubt, the presentation you put together utilizing your DigiStrip® technology was a contributing factor in the jury's ability to both understand the evidence and ultimately render an overwhelming verdict in our favor. The result was a $27 million jury award, the highest amount awarded in Kentucky.
