When a mother and son both suffered traumatic brain injuries due to a car crash, David Yarborough of Yarborough Applegate Law Firm, LLC needed to show the devastating internal damages suffered by his clients in an easy-to-understand manner.
Challenge
The main Defendant in this case was driving and speeding in the rain when his vehicle hydroplaned, crossed the center line of the road, and collided with the Plaintiff’s vehicle. The Plaintiffs claimed negligence against the Defendant, along with other Defendants that had inspected and/or sold the vehicle with bald tires on the vehicle that hydroplaned.
Although the Defendant admitted liability, they had minimum insurance limits. Other Defendants in this case denied liability, therefore it was important to show the full scope of injuries and suffering of both Plaintiffs.

Approach
The challenge that Mr. Yarborough faced was proving liability against all Defendants as well as showing the extent of injuries. MediVisuals + High Impact was enlisted to:
