A man performed an evasive maneuver to avoid another vehicle, however, he lost control of the car and rolled over. In the collision, the man struck his head on the car's roof, resulting in severe, irreparable damage to his head, spine, neck, and body, rendering him quadriplegic. Wesley Ball and Kyle Farrar, of Kaster Lynch Farrar & Ball, represented the man and sued the car manufacturer, claiming that the severity of the damages was due to defects in the car. Alongside them were Dan Sherry Jr., Nancy Winkler, and Jessica Colliver of Eisenberg, Rothweiler, Winkler, Eisenberg & Jeck.
