A crane operator was transporting steel beams, when suddenly the steel beam fell due to negligence of the construction manager and crushed the cab of the crane, causing severe injuries to the operator’s entire body. Although the construction company was responsible for the safety of the site, they still disputed damages.
Challenge
The company stated that it was the responsibility of the Plaintiff to ensure the safety of the crane and surrounding work area, however ultimately the Defense was liable. This is where High Impact came in to prove liability and show the incident as it occurred.

Approach
Using accurate scans of the construction site, our talented team of forensic animators created a visual that:
