Myocardial bridging is a congenital anomaly in which a segment of a coronary artery takes a tunneled intramuscular course under a "bridge" of overlying myocardium. Our artists worked with in-house physicians to produce this medical animation that demonstrates the graphic nature of myocardial bridging, as well as the dangers involved in performing a stent procedure on a bridged artery.
