Secondary Asbestos Exposure

​This exhibit was used in a toxic tort case to demonstrate how a family's secondary exposure to asbestos was responsible for a lifetime of suffering and medical bills. The animation shows how a husband's unsafe work environment was carried home with him on his clothes, and asbestos was spread through his household, which resulted in his wife contracting mesothelioma. Our exhibit helped secure them a $27.3M verdict.
